The Monetization Incentives Operations team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The Program Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the end-to-end execution of complex operational initiatives for Meta’s deal registration program. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and organizational skills and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment delivering against tight deadlines.
The position requires strong Project Management skill and ability to drive results working with partners across business and technical teams. Understanding of enterprise sales processes will be of added advantage.
Role Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Oversee project deliverables, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and drive timely resolution of issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
Partner with various cross-functional teams like Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Engineering, and Legal to deliver programs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Collaborate with technical stakeholders to translate business plans into tangible solutions that drive automation to our programs, including input on technical feasibility and trade-offs, project coordination, and tracking key execution milestones.
Develop internal & external communication, reports, collaterals needed for successful program execution.
Manage inbound from internal and external stakeholders - questions, queries & escalations.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes and improve program effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:**
Strong operational background (5+ years experience) - bringing teams and functions together to increase efficiency.
Comfortable working with cross functional teams across time zones.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with technical teams, including Engineering, PM, and Data Engineering, to deliver measurable results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to use data to develop meaningful insights and implement strategic initiatives.
Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slide skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with deal registration processes and partner programs, particularly in a tech, SaaS, or platform-based company.
Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, including partner-led and direct sales motions.
Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and deal registration tools.
Proven experience in Deal Desk, Incentives, and/or Sales Operations, with a strong understanding of deal structuring, incentive program design, and sales process optimization.
Experience working in a matrix structure within a globally operating organization.
Soft-Skills:
Self-starter, comfortable prioritizing work streams and communicating these priorities to leadership and stakeholders.
Ability to connect the dots with little supervision.
Ability to handle the pace and ambiguity that comes with working in a rapidly evolving environment.
