Content Specialist III

Summary:
The Content Specialist III is responsible for evaluating and curating diverse media types for generative AI applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including content, product, engineering, and design, to assess and enhance media assets. The specialist will focus on imagery, animation, and videos, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and align with strategic objectives. A deep understanding of media trends, including market competitors, image generation models and user behavior, and their impact on digital culture is essential. We seek a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for media innovation in a dynamic tech environment.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and curate media content, including imagery, animation, and videos, for generative AI projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define media evaluation criteria and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Conduct precise assessments and evaluations of media assets, providing thorough written feedback, analysis and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed about media trends and emerging technologies to inform evaluation processes.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to integrate evaluated media into AI models and applications.
• Maintain a repository of evaluated media assets, ensuring accessibility and organization for team use.

Skills:**
• Proven experience in media production, evaluation and curation, with a focus on imagery, animation, and video content.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in assessing media quality and relevance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers and creatives.
• Familiarity with media editing and design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with generative AI tools and applications is a plus.
• Experience prompt engineering visuals and multimodal content is a plus.

Education/Experience:
• 6+ years of experience in media evaluation, curation, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $35/hour - $40/hour.
