Job Title: Web Strategist & Copywriter, Business Messaging

Job Summary: As a Web Strategist & Copywriter, you will own the web content experience for Business Messaging, crafting compelling copy that guides prospects and customers through a seamless digital journey. You will combine a deep understanding of the customer journey with exceptional copywriting skills to create web pages that educate, engage, and convert. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marcomm, Product Marketing Managers, Designers, and Growth Marketers, to ensure our web presence clearly communicates value and drives business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Write clear, compelling, and on-brand web copy across landing pages, product pages, solution pages, and campaign microsites for Business Messaging.
Develop and maintain a web content strategy that maps to the customer journey — from awareness through consideration to conversion.
Partner with UX/Design to ensure copy and page structure work together to create intuitive, high-performing web experiences.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Marcomms, Campaign Strategists, and Channel Owners to translate messaging frameworks into effective web copy.
Conduct A/B testing and leverage analytics to continuously optimize web copy for engagement, clarity, and conversion.
Manage the web editorial calendar, ensuring timely publication of new pages, refreshes, and campaign launches.
Leverage customer research and audience insights to inform tone, messaging hierarchy, and content structure on the website.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in web UX writing, conversion copywriting, and digital content strategy.

Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in web copywriting, web content strategy, or a related field — portfolio required.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a proven ability to craft concise, persuasive web copy.
Strong understanding of the B2B customer journey and how web content supports each stage of the funnel.
Experience working within content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they apply to on-page web copy.
Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple pages and campaigns simultaneously.
Experience partnering with UX designers and developers to bring web pages to life.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a bias for clarity over cleverness.
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $75/hour - $85/hour.
