Physician's Personal Assistant (Part-Time)

We are a staffing agency recruiting on behalf of a busy U.S.-based physician and entrepreneur who is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to help manage both personal and business responsibilities.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a medical professional who is launching a new medical expert legal consulting business while balancing a busy family life. The role is primarily focused on personal assistance (75%) with some business support responsibilities (25%). The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, detail-oriented, and enjoys creating order in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Support (75%)
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, including flights, rental cars, accommodations, and itineraries
- Manage travel logistics for recurring work trips and family vacations
- Schedule and coordinate personal, family, and children's medical appointments
- Conduct research on service providers, consultants, specialists, schools, extracurricular programs, and other personal needs
- Manage calendars, reminders, and important deadlines
- Handle various administrative tasks and personal projects as assigned
- Serve as a trusted point of coordination for personal affairs
Business Support (25%)
- Provide general administrative support for a growing medical expert legal consulting business
- Conduct online research related to business development opportunities
- Assist with professional networking and connection-building initiatives
- Support marketing-related administrative tasks as needed
- Help organize business information, documents, and communications
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc business requests
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
- Strong internet research capabilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting physicians, healthcare professionals, or entrepreneurs
- Previous experience managing travel logistics and personal scheduling
- Familiarity with administrative support for small businesses or startups
- Experience working remotely with U.S.-based clients
- Background in customer service, operations, or executive support
