Identity sits at the core of most modern security failures — and the AI systems of tomorrow need to understand exactly how and why. We're looking for experienced IAM professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models by analyzing real-world identity and access scenarios.
At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, more security-aware AI. Your deep knowledge of how access control breaks down in enterprise environments will directly shape how AI reasons about IAM risk.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to surface weaknesses and misconfigurations
- Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related failures
- Review zero-trust models and evaluate access design decisions for correctness and risk
- Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and benchmark AI systems
- Provide structured, expert-level feedback that helps AI understand how real-world IAM failures emerge and propagate
Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms
- Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes
- Familiar with how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit misconfigured access controls
- Able to think analytically about complex permission structures and articulate findings clearly
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an async environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with platforms like Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, or SailPoint
- Familiarity with zero-trust architecture and modern identity frameworks
- Background in penetration testing, red teaming, or security consulting
- Prior exposure to AI or data labeling workflows
