Project Manager – AI Career Coaching Evaluator

About the Role

What if your years of hands-on project management experience could directly improve how AI mentors and coaches PM professionals worldwide? We're looking for experienced Project Managers in Vancouver to evaluate and enhance next-generation AI career guidance systems — making sure the advice they produce is realistic, practical, and genuinely useful.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep project management expertise and the ability to communicate it clearly in writing.

What You'll Do

  • Review career-related questions from professionals at various stages of their project management careers
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within your field
  • Develop objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice
  • Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations produced by AI systems
  • Contribute real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
  • Work independently and asynchronously, fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Experienced Project Manager with genuine insight into how the PM profession works across industries and project types
  • Solid understanding of career progression, hiring practices, and professional development in project management
  • Experience mentoring, managing, interviewing, or advising other professionals is a strong asset
  • Strong written communicator who can give clear, actionable, and realistic career guidance
  • Self-directed and reliable when working without direct supervision
  • No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications
  • Experience in tech, construction, government, or other project-heavy industries common in BC
  • Leadership, team management, or people development experience
  • Background in coaching, mentoring, or career advisory roles
  • Familiarity with the Vancouver or broader British Columbia job market for PM professionals
