Canada $25 – $50/hr June 16, 2026

Job description

Real Estate Agent – AI Career Guidance Evaluator (Canada)

About the Role

What if your experience navigating Canada's real estate market — one of the most dynamic in the world — could directly shape how AI coaches the next generation of real estate professionals? We're looking for experienced real estate agents and brokers in Toronto and across Canada to evaluate AI-generated career guidance and help ensure it reflects the real world of real estate careers, not just generic advice.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI or technology background is required — just substantial real estate experience, a sharp eye for quality, and strong written communication skills.

  • Organization: Alignerr
  • Type: Hourly Contract
  • Location: Remote
  • Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Review career questions submitted by real estate professionals at a range of career stages — from newly registered agents to experienced brokers and team leaders
  • Write expert-level "golden answers" that reflect how real estate careers actually develop in Canada, including licensing requirements, brokerage structures, and market-specific realities
  • Build objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career advice for accuracy, practicality, and usefulness
  • Identify AI responses that are inaccurate, overly generic, or missing the nuance that real estate career guidance demands
  • Draw on your professional experience in areas such as client development, brokerage selection, team growth, licensing progression, and long-term career planning
  • Complete assignments independently and asynchronously, on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Experienced real estate agent, broker, or real estate professional with meaningful time working in the Canadian market
  • Strong understanding of real estate career development — how agents grow, how brokerages operate, and what professional advancement actually looks like
  • Experience mentoring, training, or advising newer agents or real estate colleagues is a significant asset
  • Excellent written communicator who can translate practical knowledge into clear, structured guidance
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without close supervision
  • No prior AI or technology experience required

Nice to Have

  • Active or inactive real estate registration or license in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, or another Canadian province
  • Experience in team leadership, brokerage management, or agent training and onboarding
  • Coaching, mentoring, or professional development experience within the real estate industry
  • Knowledge of the Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, or broader Canadian real estate market
  • Background in residential, commercial, or investment real estate

Why Join Us

  • Play a meaningful role in shaping how AI supports career growth for real estate professionals
  • Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
  • Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, task-based work
  • Contribute your hard-earned professional expertise to cutting-edge AI evaluation projects
  • Potential for ongoing work and long-term opportunities as new projects launch
