We're looking for experienced Medical Doctors and Physicians in the New York area to help train, evaluate, and improve AI systems designed to deliver accurate, realistic career guidance to healthcare professionals at every stage of their journey.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep clinical knowledge, a strong grasp of medical career pathways, and a commitment to quality.

What You'll Do

  • Review career-related questions submitted by professionals at different stages of their medical careers
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within the medical field
  • Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice
  • Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations generated by AI systems
  • Contribute your real-world clinical knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Licensed Medical Doctor or Physician with active professional experience
  • Strong understanding of medical training pathways, residency, fellowship, and clinical career progression
  • Experience mentoring medical students, residents, or junior physicians
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Able to provide practical, actionable, and realistic career advice
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
  • No prior AI or tech experience required
