We're looking for experienced Financial Advisors, Wealth Advisors, and Financial Planners in the Chicago area to evaluate and improve AI-generated career guidance — ensuring it reflects the real standards of a thriving financial services industry.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background required — just deep professional knowledge in financial services and a commitment to quality.

What You'll Do

  • Review career-related questions from financial professionals at different stages of their careers
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within the financial services field
  • Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice
  • Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations generated by AI systems
  • Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Professional experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, Financial Planner, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of financial services career paths, client management, and advisory practices
  • Experience mentoring or coaching financial professionals
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to provide practical, actionable, and realistic career advice
  • Familiarity with the Midwest or Chicago financial services landscape is a plus

Nice to Have

  • CFP, CFA, or similar professional credentials
  • Wealth management or investment advisory experience
  • Practice management experience
