We're looking for experienced Corporate Communications Specialists in the DC metro area to evaluate and improve AI systems built to deliver career guidance — ensuring AI recommendations are accurate, strategic, and grounded in real professional practice.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed to fit around your existing work. No AI background needed — just substantive expertise in corporate or strategic communications and a commitment to quality.

What You'll Do

  • Review career-related questions submitted by professionals at different stages of their communications careers
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within your field
  • Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice
  • Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations generated by AI systems
  • Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Professional experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Internal Communications, or Strategic Communications
  • Strong understanding of communications career paths, stakeholder management, and messaging strategy
  • Experience mentoring communications professionals is highly valued
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to provide practical, actionable, and realistic career advice
  • No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

  • Public affairs, government relations, or policy communications experience
  • Executive communications experience, including advising senior leaders or elected officials
  • Media relations experience in a fast-paced, high-scrutiny environment
  • Experience supporting federal agencies, nonprofits, think tanks, trade associations, or major DC-area corporations
