About the Role
Mercor is partnering with a leading AI research company to improve how AI systems generate executive-level business reports, strategic recommendations, and decision-support materials.
This role is designed for senior insights leaders who have extensive experience presenting research findings, business intelligence, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Report Framework Development
- Define standards for high-quality executive reports and strategic recommendations
- Develop evaluation rubrics that distinguish exceptional, average, and poor-quality outputs
Report Writing & Review
- Analyze business questions generated by AI systems
- Produce and review executive-ready reports comparable to deliverables presented to C-suite and senior leadership teams
Session Scoring & Evaluation
Review AI-generated research and reporting workflows for consistency of reasoning, recommendation quality, analytical accuracy, soundness of conclusions, and executive readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Intelligence, Business Insights, Strategy, or Research Leadership
- Current or former Director of Insights, Senior Director, VP, Head of Insights, Head of Consumer Insights, or equivalent enterprise leadership role
- Experience leading insights functions within Fortune 100 or large multinational organizations
Work Schedule
- 40 hours during first week; approximately 15 hours/week thereafter
