About the Role
Mercor is partnering with a leading AI research company to improve how AI systems generate executive-level business reports and strategic recommendations.
This role is designed for experienced management consultants who can define standards for exceptional business reporting, produce executive-quality strategic analyses, and evaluate AI-generated reports and reasoning.
Contributors will help shape how next-generation AI systems support executive decision-making by applying rigorous consulting frameworks and analytical thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Report Framework Development
- Define standards for high-quality business reports and executive communications
- Develop evaluation rubrics that distinguish exceptional, average, and poor-quality outputs
Report Writing
- Analyze complex business questions generated by AI systems
- Produce executive-ready reports comparable to top-tier strategy consulting deliverables
Session Scoring & Evaluation
Review AI-generated research and reporting workflows for consistency of reasoning, recommendation quality, analytical accuracy, soundness of conclusions, and executive readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, L.E.K., Oliver Wyman, Strategy&, Kearney, EY-Parthenon, Roland Berger, or comparable strategy consulting firm
- Experience producing executive-facing reports and presentations
Work Schedule
- 40 hours during first week; approximately 15 hours/week thereafter
