Management Analyst - BYOD

Mercor is seeking experienced management analysts with legal ownership over management consulting-related work documents to contribute to advanced AI training and evaluation projects.

This role focuses on:

• Designing LLM prompts
• Evaluating AI model outputs
• Working on rubric-style consulting assessment tasks
• Supporting frontier AI model training initiatives

Candidates with prior Mercor experience on rubric-based projects are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine prompts for management consulting and business analysis AI workflows

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for:

  • Strategic reasoning
  • Business analysis quality
  • Operational logic
  • Alignment with evaluation rubrics

• Apply real-world management consulting expertise to improve AI training systems

• Work on rubric-based assessment tasks involving:

  • Strategic analysis
  • Operational improvement
  • Business frameworks
  • Organizational problem-solving

• Contribute to the development of structured AI evaluation criteria

• Collaborate remotely with AI research and evaluation teams

• Maintain high standards of analytical rigor and business reasoning accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Professional experience in:

  • Operational analysis

• Legal ownership of management consulting-related work documents or materials

• Strong understanding of:

• Confidence designing:

• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated business outputs
