You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of complex P&C accounts, ensuring high-quality service, retention, and long-term growth. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will manage end-to-end client servicing and account lifecycle activities across a portfolio of middle-market P&C insurance accounts, with a focus on life sciences and technology clients.

  • Serve as the primary client service contact, ensuring responsive, high-quality support across all policy and coverage needs
  • Manage renewals end-to-end, including submissions, marketing, carrier negotiations, and client presentations
  • Review insurance policies for accuracy, adequacy of coverage, and alignment with client risk profiles
  • Coordinate issuance of certificates, endorsements, policy changes, and related documentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing
  • Identify coverage gaps and recommend tailored risk management and insurance solutions
  • Ensure accurate data management within agency systems and maintain operational compliance standards
  • Collaborate closely with producers and internal teams to support retention, growth, and workflow efficiency

Requirements:

This position requires strong technical insurance expertise combined with excellent client service and organizational skills, ideally within a brokerage or agency environment.

  • 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance account management or brokerage services
  • Experience handling middle-market accounts, ideally within life sciences, technology, or similar complex industries
  • Strong knowledge of core P&C coverages including General Liability, Property, Cyber, E&O, D&O, EPLI, and Umbrella
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships and explain complex coverage concepts clearly
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience using agency management systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment with a proactive, self-driven mindset
