About the Role
What if your MBA could directly influence how AI advises the next generation of business leaders? We're looking for business professionals with advanced degrees to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models on complex topics like corporate finance, market strategy, supply chain logistics, and organizational behavior.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp eye for rigorous, executive-level thinking.

What You'll Do
- Design Complex Business Challenges — Develop advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, and cap table modeling
- Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses incorporating financial statements, marketing frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and strategic rationales that serve as benchmark answers for AI training
- Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case study analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards
- Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify flaws in AI reasoning — such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or failing to account for macroeconomic variables — and deliver structured, actionable feedback
- Work Independently — Complete task-based assignments asynchronously, fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
- Strong foundational knowledge in at least two core business domains: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
- Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style recommendations
- Highly detail-oriented when reviewing financial formulas, data interpretation, and the structural integrity of business arguments
- Clear and confident written communicator
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
- Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation systems
- Proficiency in data-driven decision tools such as Excel modeling, Tableau, or SQL
- Comfort working across multiple business verticals and industry contexts
