About the Role
In this remote contractor role, you'll apply your manufacturing expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide detailed feedback on manufacturing processes and best practices
- Review and develop Six Sigma process maps, root-cause analysis reports, and production line efficiency models
- Evaluate and recommend improvements in assembly line and mechanical engineering operations
- Create and review documentation for operational procedures and standards
Requirements
- 5-10+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, quality assurance, or mechanical engineering
- Demonstrated expertise with Six Sigma, process mapping, and root-cause analysis
- Extensive experience optimizing production or assembly line efficiency
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Minimum 10+ hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as Operations/Industrial Engineer, QA Director, or Mechanical Engineer
- Preference for US, Canada, UK candidates
