About the Role
As a Senior Python Engineer, you will review AI-generated Python solutions and technical explanations while creating high-quality reference content that helps improve advanced AI systems.
You will evaluate:

Key Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated Python code for correctness, maintainability, performance, and reliability
- Create prompts and training content to improve AI coding capabilities
- Identify logic errors, architecture issues, performance bottlenecks, incorrect methodologies, and reasoning mistakes
- Fact-check technical information and implementation details
- Write reference solutions, technical explanations, code reviews, and corrected implementations that demonstrate professional software engineering practices
- Compare and rank multiple AI responses based on technical correctness, reasoning quality, code quality, and engineering best practices
- Evaluate AI systems for accuracy, reliability, software engineering competency, and technical reasoning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field
- Minimum 7 years of professional software engineering experience
- Significant production experience with Python
- Strong expertise in Python language internals, standard library, backend systems, APIs, data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization
- Experience designing production systems, code reviews, mentoring engineers, and maintaining large codebases
- Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and containerization
- Minimum C1 English proficiency
- Strong technical writing and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI data annotation, model evaluation, AI training data, or technical content assessment
- Experience evaluating AI-generated code and reasoning
