About the Role
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between technical product capabilities and enterprise customer needs.
In this role, you will collaborate across sales, engineering, and customer success teams to design, prototype, and deliver tailored solutions that address complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with customers to understand business requirements and technical challenges
- Design and prototype solutions using company products and APIs
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Manage projects from initiation to delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, operations, customer success)
- Maintain deep product and technical knowledge
- Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solutions engineering, software development, or project management
- Proficiency in Python (Django, Django REST Framework)
- Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL
- Strong understanding of REST APIs
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage projects and deliver outcomes
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer-facing experience
- Experience with React or modern JavaScript frameworks
- Background in data engineering or data science
- Familiarity with machine learning or AI concepts
- Understanding of UI/UX principles
