About the Role

Mercor is hiring expert evaluators in Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboards and Performance Reporting to review and assess AI-generated work products for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality.

This role involves evaluating dashboards, KPI reports, business intelligence analyses, operational reporting packages, spreadsheets, and presentation materials generated by AI systems and applying deep analytics expertise to assess output quality against established evaluation standards.

This is a remote, hourly contract opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate AI-generated artifacts using BI and performance reporting quality rubrics
  • Review:

- BI dashboards

- KPI reports

- Executive reporting packages

- Performance analyses

- Operational dashboards

- Spreadsheets

- Presentation decks

  • Identify:

- Reporting inaccuracies

- KPI calculation errors

- Dashboard design issues

- Data interpretation mistakes

- Visualization weaknesses

- Quality concerns

  • Provide clear, structured written feedback
  • Assess the accuracy, rigor, clarity, and professional quality of AI-generated outputs

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in:

- Business Intelligence

- Performance Reporting

- Analytics

- Reporting and Insights

- Management Reporting

- Related analytical disciplines

  • Native or professional fluency in English
  • Advanced proficiency with:

- Microsoft Office

- Google Workspace

  • Strong working knowledge of:

- Microsoft Excel

- Google Sheets

- Microsoft PowerPoint

- Google Slides

  • Master's degree or higher
  • Advanced academic or professional qualifications from a reputable institution
