About the Role
Mercor is hiring expert evaluators in Data Quality and CRM Operations to review and assess AI-generated work products for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality.
This role involves evaluating CRM workflows, customer data analyses, operational reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and presentation materials generated by AI systems and applying deep expertise in data governance and CRM operations to assess output quality against established evaluation standards.
This is a remote, hourly contract opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated artifacts using data quality and CRM operations quality rubrics
- Review:
- CRM reports
- Customer data analyses
- Data quality assessments
- Sales operations documentation
- Operational dashboards
- Spreadsheets
- Presentation decks
- Identify:
- Data integrity issues
- CRM process errors
- Reporting inaccuracies
- Data governance concerns
- Presentation weaknesses
- Quality concerns
- Provide clear, structured written feedback
- Assess the accuracy, rigor, completeness, and professional quality of AI-generated outputs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in:
- Data quality management
- CRM operations
- Sales operations
- Revenue operations
- Customer data management
- Related operational disciplines
- Native or professional fluency in English
- Advanced proficiency with:
- Microsoft Office
- Google Workspace
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Sheets
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Google Slides
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher
- Advanced academic or professional qualifications from a reputable institution

Contract & Payment Terms
