RevOps / SalesOps Expert

What You'll Do

Mercor is partnering with leading AI labs to advance frontier AI agent evaluations in revenue operations.

As a RevOps Expert, you will build long-horizon operational tasks that mirror real-world revenue operations workflows. Each task is paired with a deterministic rubric designed to evaluate AI agent performance against verifiable ground truth.

This role focuses on building scenarios with checkable answers rather than subjective or open-ended outputs.

Example Areas of Work

Pipeline & Forecasting

• Pipeline hygiene audits against predefined rules
• Forecast accuracy calculations
• Win/loss categorization using rule-based frameworks

GTM Infrastructure

• Lead routing and scoring based on specifications
• Territory planning and quota balancing
• Operational workflow design

Compensation & Analytics

• Commission calculations with known payouts
• Attribution modeling and attribution math
• Revenue analytics and operational reporting

Tasks are designed to be challenging and require sustained focus and analytical rigor.

Who They're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in:
  • Revenue Operations (RevOps)
  • Sales Operations (SalesOps)
  • Marketing Operations (MarketingOps)

Preferred Expertise

• Salesforce administration
• HubSpot administration
• Pipeline analytics
• SQL
• BI tools and reporting
• Commission modeling
• Territory design
• Attribution modeling

Required Skills

Candidates should be comfortable:

• Reading and creating RevOps artifacts

• Working with:

  • Pipeline reports
  • Territory plans
  • Commission models
  • Routing flows
  • Attribution reporting

• Explaining reasoning clearly and step-by-step

• Converting operational logic into deterministic evaluation rubrics

Location Requirements

Applicants must be located in:

• United States
• Canada

Compensation

• $70–95/hour depending on:
  • Domain expertise
  • Prior experience
  • Task quality
  • Throughput

Strong contributors may receive expanded opportunities based on performance.

Contract & Payment Terms

• Independent contractor engagement
• Fully remote work
• Flexible schedule
• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded depending on business needs and performance
• Weekly payments through Stripe or Wise
• Work does not involve access to confidential employer or client information
