About the Role

Mercor is hiring expert evaluators in Operations, Inventory Management, and Capacity Planning to review and assess AI-generated work products for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality.

This role involves evaluating operational reports, spreadsheets, planning models, forecasts, and presentation materials generated by AI systems and applying operations expertise to assess output quality against established evaluation standards.

This is a remote, hourly contract opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate AI-generated artifacts using operations and planning quality rubrics
  • Review:

- Operational reports

- Inventory analyses

- Capacity planning models

- Forecasting spreadsheets

- Supply chain documents

- Presentation decks

  • Identify:

- Operational planning errors

- Inventory calculation issues

- Forecasting inaccuracies

- Capacity allocation mistakes

- Presentation weaknesses

- Quality concerns

  • Provide clear, structured written feedback
  • Assess the accuracy, rigor, practicality, and professional quality of AI-generated outputs

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in:

- Operations management

- Inventory planning

- Capacity planning

- Supply chain operations

- Related operational disciplines

  • Native or professional fluency in English
  • Advanced proficiency with:

- Microsoft Office

- Google Workspace

  • Strong working knowledge of:

- Microsoft Excel

- Google Sheets

- Microsoft PowerPoint

- Google Slides

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher
  • Advanced academic or professional qualifications from a reputable institution
