Supply Chain Specialist — Robotics

Mercor is seeking supply chain and warehouse operations specialists to help train AI-powered robotics and automation systems used in logistics environments.

This role focuses on evaluating AI performance across:

• Inventory management
• Warehouse navigation
• Fulfillment workflows
• Order processing
• Logistics optimization
• Robotics-assisted operations

Contributors will apply real-world logistics and warehouse expertise to assess whether AI-generated operational guidance is practical, efficient, and operationally viable.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated logistics and warehouse operation workflows

• Assess AI performance related to:

  • Inventory management
  • Order fulfillment
  • Warehouse navigation
  • Logistics optimization
  • Robotics-assisted execution

• Review operational scenarios for:

  • Accuracy
  • Efficiency
  • Scalability
  • Real-world feasibility

• Apply expertise from fulfillment center and logistics environments to improve AI training quality

• Provide detailed feedback on:

  • Operational workflows
  • Supply chain execution
  • Warehouse process optimization

• Collaborate remotely with AI evaluation and research teams

• Help improve AI systems designed for:

  • Warehouse robotics
  • Automation systems
  • Supply chain intelligence

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in:

  • Supply chain operations
  • Warehouse operations
  • Fulfillment centers
  • Logistics environments

• Familiarity with operations similar to:

  • Amazon fulfillment centers
  • DHL distribution environments
  • Large-scale warehouse systems

• Strong understanding of:

  • Logistics workflows
  • Inventory systems
  • Warehouse operations
  • Fulfillment processes

• Ability to assess whether AI-generated logistics guidance is operationally realistic

• Strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills

• Strong written communication and feedback abilities

• Ability to work independently in remote environments
