About the Role

Mercor is hiring expert evaluators in Spreadsheet QA and Workbook Maintenance to review and assess AI-generated work products for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality.

This role involves evaluating spreadsheets, documents, and presentation materials created by AI systems and applying subject-matter expertise to grade outputs against established quality standards.

This is a remote, hourly contract opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate AI-generated artifacts using domain-specific quality rubrics
  • Review:

- Spreadsheets

- Workbooks

- Documents

- Slide decks

  • Identify:

- Factual errors

- Spreadsheet logic issues

- Formula inconsistencies

- Presentation errors

- Formatting issues

- Quality concerns

  • Provide clear, structured written feedback
  • Assess overall accuracy, rigor, usability, and professional quality of AI-generated outputs

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in:

- Spreadsheet QA

- Workbook maintenance

- Spreadsheet auditing

- Related spreadsheet-intensive functions

  • Native or professional fluency in English
  • Advanced proficiency with:

- Microsoft Excel

- Google Sheets

- Microsoft Office

- Google Workspace

  • Strong familiarity with:

- Google Slides

- Microsoft PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher
  • Advanced academic or professional credentials from a reputable institution
