Volga Partners is launching a pilot initiative to build a diverse network of English-speaking contributors across select international markets who can support current and future Artificial Intelligence (AI), language data, content quality, and evaluation projects.
As AI technologies continue to evolve, organizations increasingly benefit from contributors with different educational backgrounds, professional experiences, industries, and subject matter expertise. This pilot program is designed to identify individuals with strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured guidelines while building a foundation for future project opportunities.
We are intentionally seeking contributors from a wide variety of professional and educational backgrounds, including technology, business, operations, legal, human resources, education, healthcare, research, marketing, finance, customer support, and other fields.
Unlike traditional project-based recruiting, this initiative is focused on building a scalable contributor network that can support both current and future AI programs as client needs evolve.
Current project work consists primarily of Entry-Level (L1) tasks such as content review, annotation, validation, categorization, transcription, and quality assurance activities. Future project opportunities may vary in scope, complexity, and subject matter focus.

Role Overview

Compensation
Compensation for current Entry-Level (L1) projects ranges from $2.00–$2.50 USD per hour depending on project requirements, experience, market alignment, and scope of work.
