Nurse

This is a remote contract opportunity for General Nurse Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review AI-generated nursing and clinical-care responses and create expert healthcare content used to train and evaluate advanced AI systems.

Contributors will assess clinical reasoning, nursing judgment, patient safety considerations, care planning, and healthcare accuracy while helping improve the reliability of AI-powered healthcare systems.

This opportunity is offered through SME Careers, an AI Data Services company and subsidiary of SuperAnnotate that provides training data to leading AI companies and foundation-model labs.

Responsibilities

Develop AI Training Content

• Create detailed prompts and gold-standard answers across nursing topics including:
  • Patient assessment
  • Triage
  • Patient safety
  • Patient education
  • Clinical documentation
  • Care planning

Optimize AI Performance

• Evaluate and rank AI-generated responses
• Improve:
  • Accuracy
  • Safety
  • Clarity
  • Contextual relevance
  • Clinical reasoning quality

Ensure Model Integrity

• Identify:

  • Clinical inaccuracies
  • Unsafe recommendations
  • Nursing assessment errors
  • Potential bias

• Validate reliability across:

  • Clinical scenarios
  • Healthcare settings
  • Patient populations

Nursing Review & Analysis

• Review clinical assessments
• Evaluate triage recommendations
• Assess escalation pathways
• Verify patient education guidance
• Review infection-control recommendations
• Evaluate medication-safety considerations
• Produce detailed nursing explanations and model solutions

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent nursing qualification
• Active licensure, registration, or eligibility in at least one jurisdiction
• 3–5+ years of professional nursing experience
