Job description

As a Coding Expert, you will apply your software development expertise to help train next-generation AI systems.

Your work will focus on reviewing code, solving programming challenges, creating evaluation datasets, and providing detailed technical feedback that helps improve AI model performance.

No prior AI experience is required. Strong programming expertise is the primary qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and refine AI-generated code for:

  • Create and solve coding challenges across a variety of programming domains

  • Build diverse and challenging datasets for AI training and evaluation

  • Develop comprehensive test cases to verify:

  • Collaborate with project teams to improve code evaluation processes

  • Document findings and contribute to evaluation framework improvements
