Job description

As an Attorney, you will apply your litigation and legal analysis expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through legal research, document analysis, rubric development, and AI evaluation workflows.

This role focuses on improving AI legal reasoning and document review capabilities using real-world litigation knowledge and legal practice experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and refine legal evaluation rubrics supporting AI-driven document analysis

  • Conduct:

    • Legal research

    • Memorandum drafting

  • Analyze large litigation datasets and legal documents to identify:

    • Trends

  • Develop:

  • Review and improve AI-generated legal outputs for:

    • Accuracy

  • Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams translating legal expertise into AI training requirements

  • Continuously refine legal standards and rubric criteria aligned with evolving legal best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree

  • Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

  • Minimum 5 years of litigation experience involving:

    • Discovery management
    • Motion practice
    • Complex document review
    • Litigation strategy

  • Strong expertise in:

    • Legal research
    • Legal writing
    • Issue spotting
    • Document analysis
    • Case strategy

  • Proven experience managing:

    • Discovery workflows
