About the Role
Cyberattacks cause billions of dollars in damages annually through ransomware, data breaches, exploit campaigns, and malicious automation.
As a Cybersecurity Labeling Expert, you will help improve AI safety systems by reviewing real-world AI conversations flagged as potentially malicious and determining whether they represent genuine security threats.
Your decisions directly help train AI classifiers designed to prevent misuse of advanced AI systems.
What You'll Do
Analyze flagged AI conversations — including:
- Plain-text discussions
- Technical security exchanges
- Code-heavy conversations
- Exploit-related content
Apply cybersecurity expertise to assess intent, risk, and potential harm across domains such as:
- Scaled data exfiltration
- Ransomware
- Worms and self-replicating malware
- Local exploits
- Remote exploits
Review proof-of-concept exploit discussions and determine whether conversations cross into harmful or malicious territory.
