Go Engineer

As a remote Go Engineer for AI Data Training, you will review AI-generated Go code and explanations, create high-quality Go programming content, and evaluate reasoning quality behind backend-focused software engineering solutions.

This role focuses on improving AI systems through:

• Go code evaluation
• Backend engineering analysis
• Concurrency review
• API design validation
• Technical explanation writing
• AI response ranking

Contributors will assess AI-generated solutions for:

• Correctness
• Readability
• Go best practices
• Logical reasoning
• Technical clarity

Optimize AI Performance

• Rank and compare AI-generated responses
• Improve:

Ensure Model Integrity

• Test AI outputs for:
  • Inaccuracies
  • Biases
  • Poor engineering practices
  • Reliability issues

Required Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of professional Go programming experience

• Experience building:

  • Backend services
  • APIs
  • Systems-level Go applications

• Strong understanding of Go idioms including:

  • Error handling
  • Composition patterns
  • Interface design
  • Readable architecture

• Experience evaluating:

  • Concurrency workflows
  • Error propagation
  • Backend-oriented Go code

• Experience using:

  • LLMs
  • AI coding assistants
  • AI-assisted development workflows

• Strong English writing skills for technical explanations and structured documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in:
