We're partnering with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, more accurate health AI — and we need population health experts to help make it happen. As a Population Health Informaticist, you'll bring your real-world expertise to evaluate, improve, and inform AI systems designed to understand and address health at a community scale.
Your knowledge of public health data, epidemiological trends, and health disparities will directly shape how AI reasons about population-level outcomes — work that has the potential to improve lives at scale.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated content related to population health for accuracy, clinical validity, and real-world applicability
- Review and assess analytical frameworks, health metrics, and data interpretations produced by AI systems
- Identify gaps, errors, or misleading conclusions in AI outputs related to epidemiology, health equity, and public health surveillance
- Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI models reason more accurately about population-level health data
- Apply your knowledge of dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks to assess AI-generated outputs in these domains
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare, public health, or population-level data analysis
- Strong analytical thinker with the ability to critically evaluate health data and AI-generated insights
- Skilled in data visualization, dashboards, and reporting tools used in population health contexts
- Comfortable translating complex health data into clear, actionable assessments
- Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy and rigor
- No prior AI experience required — your domain expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
- Background in epidemiology, biostatistics, or health informatics
- Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation frameworks
- Familiarity with public health surveillance systems or population health platforms
- Advanced degree in public health, health informatics, or a related field
