Alignерr partners with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for Population Health Informaticists to bring their domain expertise to AI projects focused on healthcare data, public health analytics, and population-level insights.
Your knowledge of health informatics will directly shape how AI understands, analyzes, and communicates about population health — making a meaningful difference in how these systems serve communities and decision-makers.

What You'll Do
- Collect, integrate, and evaluate population health metrics to identify trends, disparities, and opportunities for improving health outcomes across communities
- Assess AI-generated health data analyses for accuracy, clinical relevance, and methodological soundness
- Design and review dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks that support monitoring, surveillance, and decision-making for population health initiatives
- Translate analytical insights into clear, actionable strategies and provide structured feedback on AI outputs
- Apply your expertise to ensure AI-generated public health content meets real-world standards
Who You Are
- Experienced working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills, including experience with dashboards and reporting tools
- Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
- Background in public health, health informatics, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows in a healthcare context
- Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, or SQL
- Knowledge of health equity frameworks and social determinants of health
