Key Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and redline commercial contracts to ensure:

  • Evaluate SaaS Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and identify:

  • Assess data privacy policies and practices against international standards and regulations

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to:
