Job description

Mercor is seeking experienced sales, growth, GTM, and marketing operations professionals to contribute expertise toward frontier AI training and evaluation projects focused on go-to-market strategy and revenue operations.

This role focuses on supporting AI systems through:

  • Rubric-style evaluation tasks

  • LLM prompt design

  • Sales and marketing operations workflow assessment

The ideal candidate has prior experience completing Mercor rubric-based tasks and is comfortable evaluating AI-generated sales, growth, and operational outputs.
