About the Role
We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist to support AI training workflows through prompt creation, data labeling, and response evaluation.
In this role, you will work with Microsoft 365 applications to assess AI-generated outputs, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency across multiple evaluation dimensions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine prompts for Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Evaluate and annotate AI-generated responses and artifacts
- Apply structured evaluation criteria across multiple dimensions
- Maintain detailed documentation of prompt and evaluation processes
- Identify trends in model outputs and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with teams to improve evaluation workflows
- Ensure adherence to data quality and privacy standards
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
- Experience with data labeling, annotation, or evaluation workflows
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AI or machine learning systems
- Familiarity with quality assurance or data validation
- Background in technical documentation or workflow optimization
