About the Role
We are seeking Manufacturing & Engineering Experts to support AI model training by designing complex engineering workflows and evaluating AI-generated outputs.
In this role, you will create realistic scenarios across manufacturing, process engineering, supply chain planning, and quality systems, and assess how AI systems perform in engineering decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end engineering workflows across manufacturing and operations
- Build scenarios involving process design, CAD review, and quality analysis
- Create and evaluate engineering artifacts (drawings, BOMs, SOPs, FMEA)
- Assess AI-generated outputs and provide structured feedback
- Support development of AI systems for engineering workflows
- Clearly articulate engineering reasoning and decisions
Areas of Work
- Process & Operations Engineering (process flows, Lean, Six Sigma)
- Supply Chain & Planning (forecasting, inventory, S&OP)
- Mechanical / Industrial Engineering (CAD, DFM/DFA, BOMs)
- Quality & Compliance (CAPA, audits, inspection protocols)
Requirements
- BS or MS in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 3+ years experience in engineering or manufacturing roles
- Experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion, Creo)
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality systems
- Ability to produce and interpret engineering documentation
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience across multiple engineering domains
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (ISO, FDA)
Work Details
- Work Type: Fully remote
- Engagement: Contractor

Compensation
- $70 – $110/hour depending on experience
- Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
