About the Role

We are seeking Manufacturing & Engineering Experts to support AI model training by designing complex engineering workflows and evaluating AI-generated outputs.

In this role, you will create realistic scenarios across manufacturing, process engineering, supply chain planning, and quality systems, and assess how AI systems perform in engineering decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end engineering workflows across manufacturing and operations
  • Build scenarios involving process design, CAD review, and quality analysis
  • Create and evaluate engineering artifacts (drawings, BOMs, SOPs, FMEA)
  • Assess AI-generated outputs and provide structured feedback
  • Support development of AI systems for engineering workflows
  • Clearly articulate engineering reasoning and decisions

Areas of Work

  • Process & Operations Engineering (process flows, Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Supply Chain & Planning (forecasting, inventory, S&OP)
  • Mechanical / Industrial Engineering (CAD, DFM/DFA, BOMs)
  • Quality & Compliance (CAPA, audits, inspection protocols)

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • 3+ years experience in engineering or manufacturing roles
  • Experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion, Creo)
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality systems
  • Ability to produce and interpret engineering documentation
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience across multiple engineering domains
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards (ISO, FDA)
