About the Role

We are seeking Health Operations Experts to support AI model training by designing complex healthcare workflows and evaluating AI-generated outputs.

In this role, you will create realistic scenarios across healthcare administration, revenue cycle management, and clinical documentation workflows, and assess how AI systems perform in operational healthcare tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end healthcare operational workflows
  • Build scenarios covering claims, billing, scheduling, and patient intake
  • Create and evaluate healthcare artifacts (claims, coded charts, care plans)
  • Assess AI-generated outputs and provide structured feedback
  • Support development of AI systems for healthcare operations
  • Clearly articulate reasoning behind operational decisions

  • Revenue Cycle & Claims (billing, denial management, coding)
  • Healthcare Administration (scheduling, intake, eligibility)
  • Clinical Documentation Support (chart abstraction, summaries)

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in healthcare operations or administration
  • Experience with billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT), or revenue cycle workflows
  • Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athena)
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA)
  • Ability to produce and interpret healthcare documentation
  • Strong written communication and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CPC, CCS, or equivalent
  • Experience across multiple healthcare operational domains
