About the Role

We are seeking Data Science Experts to support AI model training by designing complex data workflows and evaluating AI-generated outputs.

In this role, you will create realistic analytics, BI, and data engineering scenarios, and assess how AI systems perform across end-to-end data processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design data workflows across analytics, BI, and data engineering
  • Build scenarios involving SQL analysis, dashboards, and A/B testing
  • Create and evaluate data pipelines (ETL/ELT, dbt, orchestration)
  • Assess AI-generated outputs and provide structured feedback
  • Develop data artifacts (queries, models, dashboards, schema designs)
  • Clearly articulate reasoning behind data decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in data science, analytics, BI, or data engineering
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling
  • Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Experience with experimentation (A/B testing)
  • Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster)
  • Ability to produce and interpret data artifacts
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience across multiple data domains (analytics + engineering)
  • Experience with dbt and metric modeling
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis
