Job description

About the Role

We are seeking Finance Experts to support AI model training by designing complex financial workflows and evaluating AI-generated outputs.

In this role, you will create realistic finance scenarios and assess how AI systems handle financial reasoning, modeling, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end financial workflows (FP&A, corporate finance, M&A)
  • Build scenarios covering budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Create and evaluate financial models (DCF, LBO, merger models)
  • Assess AI-generated outputs and provide structured feedback
  • Develop materials such as board decks, investment memos, and reports
  • Articulate financial reasoning clearly and step-by-step

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, buy-side, or advisory
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling and valuation
  • Experience with management reporting and long-range planning
  • Ability to build and interpret operating models and financial documents
  • Strong written communication and analytical thinking

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in finance
  • Experience across multiple finance domains (e.g., FP&A + M&A)
  • Experience working on complex, long-horizon financial problems
