Role Overview
Cincinnatus LLC is seeking experienced Finance Specialists to support the development of next-generation Generative AI models by contributing real-world financial expertise. In this fully remote W-2 contingent role, you will help improve AI reasoning across finance by designing challenging evaluation tasks, reviewing AI-generated outputs, and providing expert feedback grounded in professional financial practice.
This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals with recognized industry credentials such as CFA, ACA, ACCA, or CPA and experience in areas such as investment banking, asset management, corporate finance, accounting, treasury, or financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Develop AI Training Content
- Design challenging finance-related tasks based on real-world scenarios.
- Create accurate, well-reasoned solutions grounded in professional financial practice.
- Help build high-quality training data for large language models.
Evaluate AI Performance
- Review AI-generated responses for financial accuracy, reasoning, and judgment.
- Assess outputs using structured evaluation rubrics.
- Provide detailed written feedback to improve model performance.
Improve Evaluation Standards
- Develop and refine finance-specific evaluation guidelines.
- Create and maintain scoring rubrics for financial reasoning tasks.
- Ensure consistency and quality across training datasets.
Collaborate with AI Teams
- Work closely with research, engineering, and subject-matter experts.
- Help identify and close knowledge gaps in financial reasoning.
- Contribute domain expertise to frontier Generative AI initiatives.
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of professional experience in finance, including one or more of:
- Investment Banking
- Asset Management
- Corporate Finance
- Accounting
- Audit
- Corporate Treasury
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
One of the following professional credentials:
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA)
- Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Strong analytical, written communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week during weekdays.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience evaluating financial analyses or investment decisions.
Experience creating documentation, standards, or training materials.
Interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models, and AI evaluation.
