Senior Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic enterprise AI initiatives and drive product vision across multiple product areas.

In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of AI-powered solutions, working closely with enterprise clients and internal teams to transform complex challenges into scalable, high-impact products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy across multiple product areas
• Lead and mentor product managers and analysts
• Manage enterprise stakeholder relationships, including C-level executives
• Oversee delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely execution
• Shape AI-enabled solutions combining automation, GenAI, and human-in-the-loop systems
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams
• Establish OKRs, success metrics, and governance processes
• Develop reusable frameworks and product playbooks

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in product management or related leadership roles
• Proven experience leading product teams and scaling product organizations
• Strong experience with enterprise clients and large-scale engagements
• Technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, and data systems
• Experience applying AI/ML in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Lean methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare)
• Experience with hybrid vendor-client delivery models
• Ability to scale bespoke solutions into standardized products
