Role Overview

Join Mercor as a Management Expert and contribute to training advanced AI systems through high-quality technical content.

In this role, you will author, review, and annotate management-related tasks used to evaluate AI model performance. Your work will help AI systems better understand business strategy, organizational dynamics, and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Author and review management problem sets for AI evaluation
• Create tasks involving:
• Organizational charts
• Strategic frameworks
• Financial statements
• Operational diagrams
• Write structured reference solutions
• Apply quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated management outputs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• PhD in Management, Organizational Behavior, or Strategy

OR MBA/MS + 3+ years experience

OR BA/BS + 5+ years applied/industry experience

• Strong knowledge in at least two of:
• Business strategy
• Organizational behavior
• Operations management
• Corporate finance
• Marketing management
• Ability to interpret:
• Organizational structures
• Strategic frameworks
• Financial data
• Operational workflows
• Strong technical writing skills
• Ability to explain reasoning step-by-step

Work Details

• Commitment: ~20 hours/week
