In this role, you will evaluate and improve real-world patient scenarios to ensure they reflect safe, realistic, and clinically sound healthcare interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and improve healthcare scenarios used for AI training
• Evaluate realism, safety risks, and clinical accuracy
• Identify missing constraints and critical context (e.g., red flags, medications, severity)
• Enhance scenarios to reflect real patient care and triage situations
• Detect unsafe or misleading guidance that could cause harm
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI decision-making in healthcare contexts

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Professional experience in healthcare (clinical or patient-facing roles)
• Strong understanding of clinical reasoning and patient care workflows
• Ability to assess safety risks and triage decisions
• Excellent written communication skills
• High attention to detail and clinical accuracy
• Ability to work independently on structured tasks

Work Details

Compensation
