Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for AI training
• Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to guide strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights

• Maintain high standards of data quality, privacy, and security

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist in AI/ML projects
• Strong proficiency in:
• Python
• R
• Deep understanding of:
• Machine learning algorithms
• Statistical analysis
• Data mining techniques
• Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset
