Job description

About the Role

A technology company focused on advanced content understanding systems is seeking a Knowledge Graph Curator to support the growth, maintenance, and quality of a large-scale knowledge graph.

The role involves working with machine learning systems, knowledge graphs, AI-generated content, and data labeling workflows to help improve content understanding and automation systems at scale.

Responsibilities include onboarding new entities, validating AI-generated data, handling stakeholder requests, performing data annotation activities, and maintaining data quality across the knowledge graph ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Support the growth and maintenance of a large-scale knowledge graph
  • Onboard and curate new entities and relationships
  • Review, validate, edit, and improve AI-generated outputs
  • Manage stakeholder requests and operational workflows
  • Perform data labeling, annotation, and quality assurance
  • Investigate data quality issues and resolve inconsistencies
  • Maintain data integrity and semantic consistency
  • Contribute to training datasets, golden datasets, and evaluation frameworks
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science teams
  • Support continuous improvement of content understanding and automation systems

Required Skills

Knowledge Graph and Semantic Modeling

  • Knowledge graph concepts
  • Entity relationships, nodes and edges, ontologies, taxonomies
  • Semantic modeling and data categorization

Data Operations

  • Data curation, data entry, data labeling, annotation, quality assurance, data validation

AI and Machine Learning

  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Prompt tuning concepts
  • Understanding of AI failure modes such as hallucinations, incorrect entity linking, and data inconsistencies

Analytical and Operational Skills

  • Prioritization and workflow management
  • Task backlog management and business impact assessment
  • Data investigation and troubleshooting
  • Strong attention to detail

Communication

  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Skills

  • SQL, SPARQL, Cypher
  • Graph databases and semantic web technologies
  • Entity extraction and information retrieval systems
  • Recommendation systems, marketplace platforms, advertising technology

Offer Details
