Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain efficient inbox management systems
- Manage calendars and protect executives’ time
- Coordinate email, calendar, and task management workflows
- Arrange business and personal travel logistics
- Conduct research and prepare detailed reports (e.g., competitor analysis)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong problem-solving ability and high level of ownership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in:
- English (C2 level)
- German
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency with productivity tools and willingness to learn AI tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
