Job Summary
Invisible Technology is seeking a STEM Specialist (Fluent in Swedish) to help train and improve next-generation AI systems.
In this role, you will combine STEM expertise with Swedish language fluency to evaluate, challenge, and refine AI-generated outputs. Your work will directly enhance model reasoning, technical accuracy, and real-world problem-solving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with AI models on real-world STEM problem-solving scenarios and theoretical questions.
- Evaluate outputs for factual accuracy, logical consistency, and reasoning quality.
- Identify and document reproducible error patterns and failure modes.
- Provide structured feedback to improve model performance.
- Contribute to prompt engineering and evaluation framework improvements.
- Collaborate with teams to refine technical standards and benchmarks.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Swedish.
- Strong background in a STEM discipline (e.g., mathematics, physics, engineering, computer science, data science).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field (preferred).
- Experience in research, engineering, data analysis, or applied technical work.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to clearly explain reasoning and “show your work.”
Preferred Qualifications
- Published research, coding portfolios, or engineering design experience.
- Experience with AI training, evaluation, or annotation workflows.
- Familiarity with advanced STEM topics such as algorithm design, scientific computing, or quantitative modeling.
