Position Summary
The Senior Program Manager will provide coverage by managing strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional programs, and ensuring operational continuity across multiple business functions. This role is responsible for driving projects from planning through execution, facilitating collaboration among stakeholders, tracking deliverables, and supporting organizational priorities.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive program manager who can quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with senior leadership, and drive projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Program & Project Management
- Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk logs.
- Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive accountability across teams.
- Monitor project health and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with business, operations, finance, product, engineering, and other functional teams to align priorities and drive execution.
- Coordinate activities across multiple organizations to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted point of contact for assigned programs.
- Facilitate decision-making by bringing together the appropriate stakeholders and identifying clear next steps.
Portfolio & Operational Support
- Manage project intake and support prioritization of new requests.
- Track progress across multiple initiatives and maintain visibility into key milestones and dependencies.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reporting artifacts.
- Support recurring planning activities and operational rhythms.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and operational efficiency.
- Recommend and implement best practices for planning, communication, documentation, and governance.
- Develop standardized templates, documentation, and reporting where appropriate.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, status reports, and communications.
- Communicate project updates, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to leadership.
- Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams with competing priorities.
- Escalate issues appropriately while proposing practical solutions.

Qualifications:

Required
- 8+ years of program or project management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience developing project plans, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables.
- Strong proficiency with project management and productivity tools.

Preferred
- Experience supporting strategic business initiatives or enterprise programs.
- Experience with process improvement and operational planning.
- Ability to quickly learn new business processes and tools.
- Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $74.31/hour - $92.89/hour.
