Job description
Program Manager (Contract)
Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.
Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Organizational Change Management and Communications Support Specialist to join our team on a 6–12 month remote contract engagement. In this mid-senior level role, you will be instrumental in driving change adoption and stakeholder engagement across a portfolio of high-impact initiatives spanning process improvement, digital transformation, reporting and analytics, and data governance. You will bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — crafting compelling communications, producing engaging multimedia content, managing SharePoint environments, and delivering insightful change management reporting. This is a highly collaborative role that requires the ability to work across multiple teams, translate complex change narratives into accessible content, and support the organization through meaningful transformation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans including written drafts, infographics, and videos to raise awareness and drive adoption of change initiatives
- Create compelling visual and written content that clearly articulates the case for change, key benefits, and project milestones to diverse audiences
- Produce videos, PowerPoint presentations, and infographics that support stakeholder engagement and end-user understanding of change initiatives
- Design, build, and maintain SharePoint sites with visually engaging, user-friendly layouts incorporating multimedia, interactive elements, and updated navigation
- Ensure all SharePoint content remains current, well-organized, and reflective of the latest project information and resources
- Curate and publish supporting resources such as FAQs, case studies, and training videos on SharePoint to reinforce change adoption
- Develop and maintain change management reports tracking initiative progress, KPIs, OKRs, change readiness, and stakeholder engagement metrics
- Conduct change impact assessments and contribute to OCM artifact development across multiple concurrent projects
- Develop change management guides supporting reporting and analytics, digital transformation, data governance, and organizational efficiency workstreams
- Create training materials and end-user support resources to facilitate smooth transitions during change initiatives
- Manage stakeholder relationships by gathering input, addressing concerns, and ensuring messaging is relevant, accurate, and impactful
- Support resistance mitigation strategies and contribute to stakeholder management planning in collaboration with the Change Management Lead
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project teams, subject matter experts, and leadership to align communications with organizational messaging and tone
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in organizational change management and communications roles
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing change management communications across large-scale or technology-driven transformation initiatives
- Proven track record in OCM artifact development including change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and communication plans
- Hands-on experience with video generation and multimedia production for change and training purposes
- Experience reporting on change management progress using KPIs, OKRs, and adoption metrics
- Previous experience supporting digital transformation, data governance, or cloud environment initiatives is strongly preferred
- Background in data analysis related to change management including adoption rate measurement and feedback collection
- Certification in Organizational Change Management such as Prosci or ACMP designation is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field
- Change management communications and OCM artifact development
- Change impact assessments and change readiness evaluation
- Stakeholder engagement and resistance mitigation
- Video production and multimedia content creation using tools such as Powtoons, Synthesia, or equivalent
- PowerPoint presentation design and infographic development
- SharePoint site design, content management, and user experience optimization
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- KPI and OKR tracking, reporting, and data-driven storytelling
- Knowledge of change management methodologies including ADKAR and Prosci frameworks
- Cross-functional collaboration and project management across multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for audiences at all organizational levels
- Creative and innovative approach to content development and stakeholder engagement
