Our Talent Acquisition team supports hiring across 115+ countries, partnering with fast-growing startups, Fortune 500 companies, and rapidly scaling organizations. Every search presents a new challenge, whether hiring software engineers in Europe, finance professionals in North America, or multilingual AI specialists across Asia.
This is a sourcing-first role. If you enjoy uncovering exceptional talent, solving difficult hiring challenges, and partnering with recruiters to build high-performing teams, you'll thrive at Volga Partners.

You should have:
Approximately 1–2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
Experience recruiting for U.S. and/or international markets.
Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing skills.
